Our strata managers are licensed and understand strata finances. However, they’re not accountants and we want them to spend their time looking after your building. That’s why we have a qualified accountant who will work with the strata committee to prepare the proposed budget for the coming financial year.
Maintenance Schedule
We help to prepare a maintenance schedule that is unique to your building. Just like you service your car so that it will last you longer and serve you well, there are many parts of your building that require regular maintenance and its often more cost effective to maintain, than replace.

We can prepare for your building a comprehensive, tailor-made residents guidebook, detailing which By-Laws apply to the building, how things work, what to do in an emergency, who to contact, etc.

The vast majority of agencies offer one fee structure. We know that not every building is the same and cannot fit into one pricing category. That’s why we offer our clients 3 levels of service, ranging from the legal bare minimum to our platinum package, which includes your usual disbursements.

Our use of technology means that we don’t have the high running costs of traditional agencies, which means that we can offer our clients the convenience of a CBD location for in-house meetings, without charging exorbitant fees, or of course we can come to you.
