This means you will have the assurance that you won’t have a new manager every year or so. No Strata Manager is going to look after a building as well as a Director of the agency.

Unlike most other agencies we don’t have lock in contracts, so whilst the Owners Corporation will need to sign an agency agreement from 1 to 3 years, if the owners are unhappy with the level of service received from our agency, owners would simply call a General Meeting and appoint a new agent. We know that sometimes you will need to contact someone urgently when the office is closed, that’s why we provide 2 Committee members with their Strata Managers mobile telephone number. If you have an emergency that doesn’t require the emergency services, we will do our best to help you.
