Rather than having maintenance agreements roll over for another term we encourage strata committees to consider alternate quotes. Even if you end up staying with the same service provider – almost everything is negotiable.

Proposed Budget

We understand strata finances, however, we are not accountants. We prefer to spend our time looking after your building. That’s why we have a qualified accountant who will work with the strata committee to prepare the proposed budget for the coming financial year.

Maintenance Schedule

We help to prepare a maintenance schedule that is unique to your building. Just like you service your car so that it will last you longer and serve you well, there are many parts of your building that require regular maintenance and its often more cost effective to maintain, than replace.

We believe that communication and education are the secret to eliminating problems before they even begin, helping to create a more harmonious living environment for all residents. By letting people know the rules and regulations, they are less likely to go out of their way and break them. It is our experience that most people do the wrong thing because they simply were not aware they were doing the wrong thing.
We can prepare for your building a comprehensive, tailor-made residents guidebook, detailing which By-Laws apply to the building, how things work, what to do in an emergency, who to contact, etc.
