Keeping your costs down

Are you sick and tired of the increasing building running costs each year?  We arrange for an environmental audit for every building we manage. This enables us to see what we can do to maximise the financial efficiency of your building. We will help you save on ongoing building costs by making recommendations to save you money. For example, negotiating costs with existing service providers, changing energy supplier, upgrading to LED lights and much more.

Rather than having maintenance agreements roll over for another term we encourage strata committees to consider alternate quotes. Even if you end up staying with the same service provider – almost everything is negotiable.

Licensed Strata Managers

All our managers are licensed. This means they all have a deep understanding of strata management issues, finances and legislation and are fully qualified to manage your building, unlike other agencies where you may be managed by certified agents.

Our strata managers are licenced and understand strata finances. However, they’re not accountants and we want them to spend their time looking after your building. That’s why we have a qualified accountant who will work with the strata committee to prepare the proposed budget for the coming financial year.

We help to prepare a maintenance schedule that is unique to your building. Just like you service your car so that it will last you longer and serve you well, there are many parts of your building that require regular maintenance and its often more cost effective to maintain, than replace.
